Prayer for a Covenantal People

Source of Love, you who lives and moves through the interdependence of ecosystems 
and the gravitational networks of solar systems, 
call us together in this sacred, present moment. 
Guide our hands and hearts and voices in response to the joys and sorrows of this community 
and to the hurts and hopes of our world.
Strengthen us in right relationship.
Give us the courage to take responsibility and make amends.
Open us up to gratitude for the connections and agreements that teach us how to be human.
Be with us in the creating, trying, failing, amending, and beginning again. 
May we know the presence of the Holy in the form of Love.
