There is a voice within you, much older than language itself and deeper than thought:
A voice shaped by memory, by lineage, by lived experience…
A voice that knows what it feels like to be honored, and what it feels like to be dismissed…
A voice that lives not only in your words, but within your body…
As you move through this season; as the world shifts, blooms, and begins again,
notice where you feel that voice. Notice what calls your attention forth.
And ask yourself:
Where is my presence needed for me?
Where is my care required?
Where is my truth asking to be lived?
Because life is not waiting somewhere else.
It is here. In this breath. In this now.
In this extraordinary sacred act of being.
Listen with your heart.
And tend gently to what is in front of you.
